Based in Eastham, Massachusetts, and proudly serving the Lower Cape, I provide dependable, detail-oriented home watch services for seasonal residents, vacationers, and anyone needing a trusted local presence.

About Me

Jeremy Poyant, founder of Rest A Shore Home Watch. I’ve lived on the Cape my whole life and am proud to call this beautiful community home. I attended Nauset schools and graduated from Merrimack College in 2022 with a degree in Business Administration. Over the years, I’ve lived in Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, and Brewster, so I know the area and community very well.
